As Growth Marketer, you will own and scale Thesis Driven’s audience across media, courses, and data products, shaping how people discover, engage, and convert. You will collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to build repeatable growth systems, leveraging modern tools, automation, and experimentation to drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Own

  • Email growth and performance: drive audience growth, segmentation, onboarding, and lifecycle campaigns; maintain deliverability and data hygiene across platforms; optimize paid and organic conversions while sustaining engagement.
  • Lead generation and funnels: design and optimize lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion flows; build attribution-aware funnels across products; partner with editorial and product to convert content into customer acquisition engines.
  • Social and distribution: collaborate with founders to create social content that engages and converts; repurpose long-form content into high-performing distribution assets; test new formats, platforms, and partnerships.
  • Growth systems and automation: implement and maintain modern growth tooling; build workflows across email, CRM, analytics, and payments; reduce manual work and speed up iteration.
  • Measurement and experimentation: define growth KPIs and dashboards; run structured experiments; translate data into actionable decisions rather than vanity metrics.
  • Typical week examples: launch and iterate on onboarding flows; test new lead magnets associated with courses or data products; work with founders on social acquisition strategies; clean and restructure audience data for better segmentation; evaluate new tools and prioritize experiments.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or audience growth with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong comfort with modern growth, analytics, and automation tools; ability to move quickly and iteratively.
  • Excellent intuition for distribution and conversion, grounded in measurable results.
  • Clear written communication and collaboration across functions; bias toward action, testing, and iteration.
  • Ownership mentality and ability to work effectively in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM, analytics, and automation tooling (e.g., sequence design, onboarding flows, attribution modeling).
  • Strong A/B testing discipline, funnel optimization, and data storytelling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building scalable growth systems in a lean environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Interest in real estate and related markets is a plus, but prior real estate experience is not required.
