Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y discreta para asistir al Presidente de la empresa en temas profesionales, personales y filantrópicos. Este puesto también incluye el manejo de su presencia en redes sociales. Es ideal para alguien con gran capacidad de gestión, habilidades comunicativas y pasión por la eficiencia.


Responsabilidades principales


📅 Asistencia ejecutiva y gestión de calendario


  • Ser el nexo directo con el Presidente: gestionar emails, llamadas y reuniones.
  • Organizar y priorizar su agenda para maximizar productividad.
  • Coordinar encuentros con personas internas y externas.
  • Administrar su bandeja de entrada con criterio y agilidad.


📱 Soporte en redes sociales


  • Colaborar en la estrategia y gestión de redes personales del Presidente.
  • Redactar y editar contenido adaptado a su estilo.
  • Publicar y programar publicaciones, monitorear interacciones y responder.
  • Analizar el rendimiento de las publicaciones y sugerir mejoras.


🗂️ Gestión de proyectos


  • Dar seguimiento a tareas y plazos.
  • Preparar resúmenes diarios con acciones clave y próximos pasos.
  • Transcribir reuniones grabadas.
  • Coordinar proyectos en varias fases, manteniendo cronogramas y entregables.


✈️ Coordinación de viajes y eventos


  • Organizar viajes nacionales e internacionales: vuelos, hoteles y transporte.
  • Crear itinerarios detallados y solucionar imprevistos de viaje.
  • Planificar cenas, conferencias y eventos empresariales.


🎗️ Soporte personal y filantrópico


  • Coordinar compromisos personales y eventos sociales.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, system-oriented Operations Support Lead who thrives on

solving problems before they happen. In this role, you'll serve as the steady operational

heartbeat behind multiple Amazon brands - ensuring smooth admin processes, fast customer

support, and consistent internal communication across a growing global team.

You'll be the go-to for flagging brand risks, keeping the CEO informed, and making sure nothing

falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor brand health across platforms like Amazon Seller Central
  • Flag operational risks like stockouts, negative reviews, and refund spikes
  • Respond to the customer via Amazon/email with clarity and care
  • Track and escalate recurring support issues
  • Maintain a simple, reliable support system (templates, FAQs, issue logs)
  • Organize SOPs, templates, and documentation in a central repository
  • Support internal admin tasks: file management, reports, calendars

Rock Bonus Program
