As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools. You will work in a global team, assisting in hiring for diverse markets. This role offers hands-on experience in modern, tech-enabled HR practices.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and source candidates: Job boards, social media, headhunting
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals
• Screen resumes and applications
• Schedule and conduct interviews for various positions
• Manage communication through emails and LinkedIn with applicants, and follow up with candidates
• Engage in AI-driven HR tasks, including basic data processing, system updates, and supporting AI-based recruitment
Requirements
• English: Basic level (it is expected that you will learn and improve your skills)
• You are studying for or have a University degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or any program providing strong English language skills
• Preference for candidates who speak Chinese to support recruitment in Chinese-speaking markets
• You are keen to learn, willing to work hard, maintain productivity, and be committed
• You have chosen HR as your desired career and are interested in an HR internship

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, system-oriented Operations Support Lead who thrives on
solving problems before they happen. In this role, you'll serve as the steady operational
heartbeat behind multiple Amazon brands - ensuring smooth admin processes, fast customer
support, and consistent internal communication across a growing global team.
You'll be the go-to for flagging brand risks, keeping the CEO informed, and making sure nothing
falls through the cracks.
