Social Media Manager
Responsabilidades Clave
- Gestionar y programar contenido en plataformas (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Crear publicaciones, captions y stories atractivos alineados con la voz de cada marca
- Coordinar con los equipos en sitio para recopilar contenido (fotos, videos, promociones)
- Editar y producir contenido de video en formato corto (Reels, TikToks)
- Monitorear la interacción, mensajes y comentarios, y responder de manera oportuna
- Dar seguimiento a métricas de rendimiento y proporcionar reportes e insights mensuales
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias de redes sociales e implementar nuevas estrategias

Calificaciones
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de redes sociales (preferentemente en hospitalidad)
- Sólido conocimiento de tendencias en Instagram y TikTok

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal (inglés requerido)
- Altamente organizado/a y capaz de manejar múltiples marcas simultáneamente
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y comunicarse eficazmente con equipos en EE. UU.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter with a strong network in Latin America (LATAM) and other global talent markets to help us identify and hire top-tier software engineers.
This role will start as a 2-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality software engineers from LATAM and other regions
- Leverage your existing network and recruiting channels to quickly build a strong candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates for:
- Technical background
- Communication skills (strong emphasis on fluent English)
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Strong and active network of software engineers in Latin America
