Responsabilidades Clave

  • Gestionar y programar contenido en plataformas (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Crear publicaciones, captions y stories atractivos alineados con la voz de cada marca
  • Coordinar con los equipos en sitio para recopilar contenido (fotos, videos, promociones)
  • Editar y producir contenido de video en formato corto (Reels, TikToks)
  • Monitorear la interacción, mensajes y comentarios, y responder de manera oportuna
  • Dar seguimiento a métricas de rendimiento y proporcionar reportes e insights mensuales
  • Mantenerse al día con las tendencias de redes sociales e implementar nuevas estrategias

Calificaciones

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de redes sociales (preferentemente en hospitalidad)

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal (inglés requerido)
