El rol

Buscamos a alguien que quiera aprender marketing B2B real desde dentro de una operación donde cada decisión se nota. No necesitamos un perfil senior con años de experiencia. Necesitamos a una persona inteligente, organizada y con hambre de aprender, que quiera construir campañas de captación de clientes desde cero — con herramientas que la mayoría de profesionales de marketing nunca llegan a tocar.

Trabajarás directamente con el fundador: un operador con más de una década de experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, producto y crecimiento. Sin capas intermedias. Sin burocracia. Cada semana aprenderás algo que en otro contexto tardarías meses en descubrir.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Outbound marketing a escala: Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de email en frío usando stacks de automatización (Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, Apollo o similares). No se trata de enviar correos uno a uno — se trata de construir secuencias individualizadas multicanal asistidas por capas de tecnología y datos apuntando a múltiples mercados
  • Prospección y outreach vía Clay 
  • Higiene y mantenimiento de datos en CRM (HubSpot).
  • Creación semana de nuevas campañas 
  • Reporting básico de rendimiento de campañas.
  • Apoyo puntual en tareas de growth marketing según necesidades del negocio.

Qué buscamos

  • Compensación inicial competitiva para talento remoto, con revisión a los 6 y 12 meses. Si los resultados acompañan — y esperamos que así sea — el ingreso puede duplicarse en el primer año.
  • Español nativo. Inglés intermedio-alto (B2+): gran parte de nuestros clientes y documentación están en inglés.
  • Comodidad con herramientas digitales: si no conoces una herramienta, la aprendes rápido. Buscamos fluidez tecnológica, no certificaciones.
  • Mentalidad analítica: entiendes los datos, los patrones, entender qué funciona y por qué.

We are a US based real estate solutions company helping homeowners facing complex situations such as pre-foreclosure, probate, inherited property, divorce, and financial hardship.


In addition to these situations, we also identify opportunities involving farmland, development land, apartment buildings, and commercial real estate where thoughtful investigative outreach with property owners is required to understand their situation, motivation, plans for the property, and whether they may have interest in selling now or in the future.


We are hiring a disciplined, emotionally intelligent Investigative Outreach and Seller Engagement Specialist to locate decision makers, build trust, and move sellers thoughtfully through early and mid stages of the buying process.


This is NOT a script-based cold calling job.

This is NOT churn and burn dialing.

This is investigative, relationship-driven, and detail-oriented work.

This role requires strong natural conversation skills. You must be able to think, listen, and respond intelligently without reading from scripts.


YOU WILL:

• Call and text 20 to 30 plus numbers per property

• Identify correct decision makers

• Map family relationships

• Speak with relatives when appropriate

• Build rapport with distressed homeowners

• Document everything clearly in CRM

• Follow up consistently and methodically

• Discuss situation, timeline, and general structure when appropriate

• Maintain seller engagement after leadership conversations

• Escalate to leadership when complexity requires


YOU MUST BE:

• Able to hold US conversational English clearly and naturally

Acquisition experience or negotiation skills are a plus if you are able to adapt to a relationship first approach and operate with patience and discipline. The ability to adjust tone based on stage of conversation is important.



COMPENSATION:

• Competitive hourly base based on experience and communication level

• Performance bonus per verified decision maker

• Bonus per qualified strategy appointment

• Bonus per closed deal

• High performers who assist in acquisition and contract execution can earn substantially more


Compensation will be discussed during the interview and structured based on experience, communication ability, and overall fit.
