Buscamos un/a Reclutador TI con al menos 2 años de experiencia en la industria tecnológica, que disfrute del contacto con candidatos y de la organización de procesos internos. El/la candidato/a ideal gestionará el ciclo completo de selección para perfiles TI (desde el levantamiento del perfil con el cliente interno hasta la oferta) y tendrá un rol clave en mantener la documentación y coordinación operativa del equipo de Personas.
Requisitos: experiencia en reclutamiento TI (consultoras, software factories o empresas de producto digital); experiencia reclutando desarrolladores, QA, DevOps y analistas; manejo de herramientas de publicación y ATS (ideal Get on Board); alto nivel de organización y atención al detalle; excelente redacción y habilidades de comunicación. Jornada completa, participación en procesos desafiantes de reclutamiento TI, cultura cercana, feedback continuo y acceso a herramientas modernas y formación en talento digital.
Se valorará experiencia en entornos ágiles, conocimiento de técnicas de sourcing avanzadas, capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, orientación a resultados y capacidad de manejar varias vacantes simultáneamente. Se valora proactividad, buena comunicación intercultural y habilidades de negociación para cierre de ofertas.
