You will support both candidates and internal teams by keeping recruitment systems, files, and presentations accurate, complete, and client-ready.

Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to source and engage qualified candidates.
- Identify and connect with diverse talent across LATAM for remote opportunities.
Recruitment Pipeline Management
- Monitor and manage the recruitment pipeline across all stages.
- Follow up with candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear updates and constructive feedback throughout the process.
Administrative & Recruitment Support
- Maintain Google Drive and candidate files ensuring all documents are up to date, complete, and well-organized.
- Manage candidate records within the ATS and internal tracking systems.
- Build and prepare candidate presentation documents with strong attention to detail to be shared with clients.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurate, consistent, and client-ready.
Onboarding Assistance
- Support candidates with onboarding documentation and requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent communication to build trust and strong candidate relationships.
- Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
Interviews
- Conduct interviews to assess cultural fit and role alignment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate and shortlist candidates.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Propose ideas to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
- Continuously optimize sourcing, tracking, and coordination processes.
Requirements
- Strong and reliable internet connection.
- English level: C2 (Advanced).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably recruiting for remote roles and outsourcing within LATAM.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.

Funciones
- Reclutamiento TI: levantar perfiles junto a hiring managers (technologies, seniority, soft skills), redactar y publicar avisos atractivos en plataformas especializadas, realizar hunting y búsqueda activa, filtrar CVs, conducir entrevistas por competencias y coordinar entrevistas técnicas, acompañar a los candidatos durante todo el proceso y gestionar expectativas de renta y cierre de oferta.
- Gestión administrativa: mantener actualizado el ATS y generar reportes de procesos (status de vacantes, tiempos, fuentes), apoyar en generación de cartas de oferta , en la fase inicial de onboarding y algunas gestiones operativas.
Descripción
Buscamos un/a Reclutador TI con al menos 2 años de experiencia en la industria tecnológica, que disfrute del contacto con candidatos y de la organización de procesos internos. El/la candidato/a ideal gestionará el ciclo completo de selección para perfiles TI (desde el levantamiento del perfil con el cliente interno hasta la oferta) y tendrá un rol clave en mantener la documentación y coordinación operativa del equipo de Personas.
Requisitos: experiencia en reclutamiento TI (consultoras, software factories o empresas de producto digital); experiencia reclutando desarrolladores, QA, DevOps y analistas; manejo de herramientas de publicación y ATS (ideal Get on Board); alto nivel de organización y atención al detalle; excelente redacción y habilidades de comunicación. Jornada completa, participación en procesos desafiantes de reclutamiento TI, cultura cercana, feedback continuo y acceso a herramientas modernas y formación en talento digital.
Requisitos deseables
Se valorará experiencia en entornos ágiles, conocimiento de técnicas de sourcing avanzadas, capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, orientación a resultados y capacidad de manejar varias vacantes simultáneamente. Se valora proactividad, buena comunicación intercultural y habilidades de negociación para cierre de ofertas.

- Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evening or weekend calls.
- High comfort with tools, ATS, and AI-driven workflows.
- Sharp judgment on skills, experience, and culture add—not just keyword matching.
- High ownership, reliability, and the ability to move fast without hand-holding.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G&A).
