Funciones del cargo

Como CRM Specialist, serás responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias que fortalezcan la relación con nuestros usuarios, mejorando su experiencia, retención y fidelización a través de automatizaciones, campañas y análisis de datos.

  • Elaborar, implementar y optimizar campañas automatizadas que impacten directamente en las principales métricas del negocio (activación, retención y valor de vida del cliente - LTV), contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenido de la plataforma.
  • Diseñar campañas automatizadas multicanal (email, SMS, push, etc.).
  • Medir, analizar y dar seguimiento a KPIs clave (engagement, tasa de apertura, conversión, churn y LTV), generando insights accionables que permitan optimizar continuamente las estrategias de CRM y maximizar los resultados del negocio.
  • Proponer mejoras en flujos de comunicación y en la utilización del CRM como herramienta estratégica.
  • Segmentar la base de usuarios y personalizar contenidos según comportamiento y etapa del journey
  • Identificar e impactar segmentos de usuarios actualmente desatendidos, pero con alto potencial de crecimiento, mediante estrategias personalizadas que impulsen su activación y fidelización.
  • Colaborar con equipos de marketing, producto y tecnología para asegurar experiencias coherentes, y medir A/B testings.

Requerimientos del cargo

¿Qué desafíos deberás enfrentar?

  • Formular hipótesis accionables y diseñar experimentos A/B para mejorar el rendimiento de campañas (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email).

  • Proponer nuevas campañas o ajustes creativos/segmentaciones en coordinación con marketing.
  • Medir impacto directo de campañas en volumen y calidad de leads (deals generados y tasa de conversión posterior).

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  • +2 años de experiencia en growth, analítica, marketing de performance o estrategia basada en datos (idealmente en startups o SaaS).
  • Dominio intermedio-avanzado de SQL.
  • Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experiencia comprobable con CRM (idealmente HubSpot).
  • Experiencia con dashboards y visualización de datos (Looker Studio, Power BI, Data Studio).
  • Conocimiento intermedio-avanzado en métricas SaaS (CAC, LTV, churn, MRR, etc.).
  • Formación en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Estadística, Informática o afín.
  • Capacidad analítica y pensamiento estructurado.
  • Capacidad de ejecución autónoma y alta proactividad.
