  • Own daily ad management: updating budgets, naming conventions, pausing underperformers, and flagging issues.
  • Coordinate and track whitelisting access, influencer rates, and creative approvals.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on Meta + Google performance.
  • Analyze results by audience, creative, and platform (e.g. age/gender splits, campaign ROI, paid vs. organic overlap).
  • Proactively share what’s working, what’s not, and next-step recommendations.
Project & Slide Updates
  • Keep internal decks and working docs up to date (e.g. performance recaps, creative test learnings, roadmap updates).
  • Help synthesize campaign results into clean, executive-friendly slides.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders (growth, creative, lifecycle) to keep marketing organized and aligned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, and/or YouTube ad campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of ad platforms, campaign structure, creative testing, and naming conventions.
  • Comfort with data slicing and performance diagnosis (e.g., demographics, spend/return correlation, channel comparison).
  • High attention to detail and reliable task execution - you move fast without dropping balls.
  • Strong written communication - you’re confident writing recap slides, action item summaries, and campaign insights.

Bonus Points
  • You’ve worked in a DTC or e-commerce brand scaling paid acquisition.
  • Experience working with creative teams and content pipelines.
  • Proficiency with in-platform reporting (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and Google Sheets/Excel is a must. Familiarity in Mixpanel, GA4, Looker Studio, Motion Creative Analytics, and/or Customer.io is a bonus.
