Sobre el rol
Buscamos un/a Analista de Marketing Pago con mentalidad analítica y enfoque global para apoyar y optimizar nuestras campañas de medios pagados (búsqueda, redes sociales y display). Colaborarás estrechamente con los campaign managers para detectar insights, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurar que nuestras inversiones sean eficientes y orientadas a resultados.
Este puesto es ideal para alguien con una base sólida en datos que quiera dar el siguiente paso en su carrera en marketing digital.
Responsabilidades
- Monitorear, analizar y reportar el rendimiento de campañas pagas en Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn y canales programáticos/display.
- Identificar tendencias, anomalías y oportunidades dentro de los datos para proponer estrategias de optimización.
- Apoyar en pruebas A/B, revisión de performance creativo y evaluación de estrategias de puja.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing pago para mejorar el targeting, los embudos de conversión y la efectividad de landing pages.
- Crear dashboards y plantillas de informes en Looker, GA4 o Excel/Sheets.
- Trabajar con finanzas y operaciones para asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto y objetivos de ROI.
- Mantenerse al día con cambios en plataformas y benchmarks de la industria.
Requisitos
- Experiencia práctica con campañas pagas (búsqueda, redes, display) con enfoque global.
- Dominio de métricas como CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS y capacidad para interpretarlas.
- Habilidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos y realizar análisis detallados de performance.
- Manejo de herramientas como Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Excel u otras plataformas de BI.
- Enfoque analítico, curioso y detallista.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para transformar datos en insights accionables.
