The job in a nutshell


As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in our small but growing Finance team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational finance processes at TestGorilla, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other operational finance tasks.

  

You’ll spend time on the following


This is a generalist finance position, working across all aspects of financial operations as well as cross functionally with other parts of the business. This is a fully remote position, but it requires at least 4 hours overlap with the EST time zone to support colleagues and customers in North America, with the primary focus being accounts payable and accounts receivable.


1. Accounts Payable


  • Process invoices and ensure they are approved, paid on time and allocated to the correct budget in our accounting system (Xero).
  • Prepare and process payment runs, including working cross-functionally to check and approve invoices.
  • Reconcile multi-currency bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Manage the company's virtual credit card platform and the accounts payable inbox.


2. Accounts Receivable.


  • Manage multi-currency Accounts Receivable balances on our AR tool (Upflow).
  • Maintain professional and proactive communication with customers around the world.
  • Work with the Sales team to set-up new customers for the first time and support our Go-To-Market teams to resolve billing queries and payment issues efficiently.
  • Investigate and reconcile customer credit card payments and disputes.
