What You’ll Own

You'll turn strategy into real work and make sure each sprint delivers clear business results. You'll manage the Jira backlog completely, refining user stories and technical tasks with clear goals. You'll also lead Scrum meetings. You'll create clear Confluence documentation, release notes, and internal guides. You'll work with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and Operations teams to clear roadblocks and manage how tasks depend on each other. You'll look for ways to use AI and automation to improve workflows and product needs. You'll also track delivery metrics (like velocity, throughput, and cycle time) to help the team be more predictable and perform better.

What We Look For

We're looking for a proactive, accountable Product Owner with over 5 years of experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Digital Banking. You should have strong Agile experience, a proven history of managing full product lifecycles, and understand REST APIs and SQL. You'll need to be an expert in Jira and Confluence. Experience with Amplitude, Segment, Snowflake, or Datadog is a big plus. You need advanced English (C1) for international work. Spanish is a plus. You should communicate clearly, be comfortable guiding diverse teams, and make decisions based on data. Having a strong interest in AI and API-driven automation for financial processes will help you stand out.

Nice-to-Haves

It's great if you have experience shaping AI-first products, can explain things well to stakeholders, understand fintech regulations, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. We also value prior success in aligning product strategy with engineering limits and customer needs.
