Role Overview & Key Functions
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our platform operations team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will investigate production issues, analyze data discrepancies, trace application logic, and ensure our marketing platform operates accurately and reliably for hundreds of franchise and small business clients. A major part of this role involves diagnosing platform incidents, working with production data, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
