Role Overview

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple service verticals. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, and onboarding handoff for high-volume service roles.
This is a remote VA position, but it requires excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Post and manage job ads across platforms (Indeed, Facebook groups, Craigslist, local boards, etc.)
  • Proactively source candidates for:
    • Housekeepers
    • Handymen / maintenance professionals
    • Pet service providers
    • Other resident service contractors
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates by market

Screening & Interviewing

  • Review applications and pre-qualify candidates
  • Conduct initial phone/video screenings
  • Evaluate candidates based on skill, professionalism, reliability, and brand fit
  • Schedule interviews with internal managers when needed

Hiring & Coordination

  • Manage offers, start dates, and documentation
  • Coordinate background checks (if applicable)
  • Ensure all hiring steps are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain hiring trackers and status updates

Process & Organization

  • Maintain recruiting dashboards and hiring metrics
  • Track time-to-hire, candidate volume, and fill rates by role and market
  • Continuously improve hiring workflows and screening processes
  • Communicate clearly with operations and leadership teams

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting or hiring experience (service-based or high-volume preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience recruiting for service based postitions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

Tus funciones y responsabilidades

  • Definir los objetivos, lo que hay que entregar y los planes de trabajo para cada proyecto de expansión, manejando los tiempos y los hitos de cada país.
  • Liderar el análisis técnico y de negocio (Discovery) enfocado en los sistemas (SAGE, flujos, reglas, permisos y reportes). No te enfocarás en procesos puramente operativos o clínicos.
  • Decidir qué partes del sistema serán globales, cuáles se podrán configurar o cuáles no aplicarán, documentando por qué se toma cada decisión desde el negocio y lo técnico.
  • Coordinar a los Directores Médicos, Operaciones, Finanzas y Gerentes de País. Reunirás sus necesidades con el equipo de Producto y priorizarás lo que cada región necesite.
  • Trabajarás con la Jefa de Producto para convertir las necesidades locales en especificaciones funcionales (User Stories) y prepararlas para que el equipo de desarrollo las implemente.
  • Asegurarás que se cumplan las leyes locales. Para ello, trabajarás con Legal y Dirección Médica para incluir los requisitos legales y las pruebas del sistema en las especificaciones.
  • Diseñarás y ejecutarás planes para que cada país adopte el sistema. Esto incluye comunicados, capacitación a usuarios clave y seguimiento del uso después de la implementación.
  • Registrarás el progreso en Trello, Jira y Slack. También informarás sobre los avances al CTO y a la Jefa de Producto.

Lo que buscamos en ti

Necesitamos a alguien con al menos 5 años de experiencia gestionando productos digitales, SaaS o plataformas B2B. Que hayas liderado la implementación de soluciones en varias sedes o empresas complejas (si fue en expansiones regionales, ¡mucho mejor!).
Debes conocer bien cómo funciona un producto digital: desde el descubrimiento hasta la especificación y la idea de estandarizarlo globalmente. Poder manejar calendarios, dependencias y entregas clave en proyectos de tecnología. Saber negociar con personas importantes, priorizar de forma inteligente y tomar decisiones basándote en datos. Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Scrum/Kanban y herramientas como Jira. También, tener experiencia creando planes de capacitación y materiales de apoyo para que la gente use bien la tecnología.

Requisitos que valoramos

Valoramos tu experiencia en entornos internacionales o multiculturales, manejando las diferencias de leyes y operaciones en distintos países.
