Role Overview

Responsabilities
We're seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our Data Engineering team and take ownership of quality assurance across our data pipelines and infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining automated test suites that ensure the reliability and accuracy of our healthcare data systems. You'll work closely with a small, focused team of data engineers to establish testing strategies, prioritize coverage for critical data paths, and maintain quality standards as we scale.
• Quality Ownership: Own and maintain the automated test suite that runs in our CI pipeline, including integration tests, data quality checks, and smoke tests for our data infrastructure.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with data engineers to understand pipeline architecture, identify critical data paths, and develop comprehensive testing strategies that prioritize business-critical datapoints.
• Test Development: Write and maintain automated tests for data pipelines using Python and TypeScript, ensuring coverage across batch and event-driven workflows.
• Data Validation: Implement data quality checks including row counts, schema validation, key-column validation, idempotency testing, and duplicate handling across ETL processes.
• CI/CD Integration: Build and maintain testing frameworks that integrate seamlessly with our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and CodeArtifact.
• Documentation & Standards: Document test cases, testing strategies, and coverage metrics to establish repeatable quality standards across the data team.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify testing gaps and systematically expand coverage toward end-to-end testing of critical data pipelines.
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in QA automation or software testing, with a focus on data pipelines or backend systems.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript for test automation.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, CodeArtifact).
• Hands-on experience working with data lakes and ETL processes on AWS (familiarity with services like S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, EventBridge).
• Experience with testing frameworks for Python (pytest, unittest) and TypeScript/JavaScript (Jest, Mocha).
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling concepts, and data lineage.
• Experience testing in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• English (C1/C2) fluency.

- Liderazgo y Estrategia:

- Automatización de Pruebas:

Why This Role Exists
Product direction at EVEN is currently shared between our CEO (vision, strategy, partner commitments) and our CTO (day-to-day product and engineering decisions). Our Lead Product Designer shapes UX and design. There is no dedicated product manager.
We are now 35 people with three engineering squads, partnerships with the leading music companies, and a product surface that spans artist dashboards, fan storefronts, mobile apps, e-commerce, streaming, chart reporting, and API integrations.
We need someone whose full-time job is to own the product roadmap, run shaping sessions, write clear briefs, coordinate cross-team priorities, and connect what our partners and artists need with what our engineering team builds.
What you will do:
- Own the product roadmap end to end. Translate company strategy into quarterly priorities, and quarterly priorities into engineering-ready specs.
- Run shaping sessions with the CTO and engineering leads. Turn raw ideas into scoped briefs with clear acceptance criteria before they hit a sprint.
- Manage the product process: Ideas Pool to PRD Library to Roadmap (we use Notion, Linear, and Figma).

Qualifications and requirements

Required skills and experience
- Strong experience with Flutter and Dart to develop performant cross-platform applications.
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Svelte to facilitate integration in hybrid projects.
- Backend experience with FastAPI and Python, as well as working knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Ability to write readable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Conversational English skills sufficient to communicate and collaborate with U.S.-based product and engineering teams.

Funciones del cargo
- Funciones operativas al 100% de clientes asignados, en CMS.
- Visita comercial a clientes claves..
- Consultoría IoT a clientes cartera.
- Activación 70% online, 30% Campo.
- Soporte venta a clientes cartera en recuperación. y asignada.
- Soporte resolución de consultas técnicas a clientes cartera.
- Coordinación de logística en atención de requerimientos y envíos.
- Realizar seguimiento de sus activaciones, post venta y bajas.
- Análisis de Cartera mensual y plan de acción.
- Comunicación por llamada con todos los Clientes IOT, para sus facturaciones y pagos mensuales.
- Atender a los CS en sus consultas de configuraciones y bondades de equipos de GPS.
- Soporte resolución de consultas técnicas a clientes cartera Guinea - Multioperador
- Reportería sobre soluciones aplicadas a los clientes.
- Seguimiento a la operatividad de los dispositivos IoT con los SIM CARD (CUY - MULTIOPERADOR) de manera óptima
Requerimientos del cargo
- Técnico o conocimientos comprobados en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas, Informática o Redes.
- Deseable formación en atención al cliente o ventas B2B.
- Experiencia en el rubro 1 año.
- Ubicación: Lima.
- Conocimientos en bases de IoT (GPS, M2M).
- Conocimiento Redes móviles 2G / 3G / 4G / LTE.
- Conocimiento de SIM M2M / multioperador.
- Manejo básico de plataformas GPS/IoT y tickets de soporte.
- Manejo y lectura de reportes técnicos, redacción de reportes técnicos.
- Conocimientos: APN, IMEI, ICCID, MSISDN
Condiciones
- Horario híbrido (2 a 4 días en oficina).
- Full time: 48 h semanales 6 días a la semana L a S.
- Contrato: 3 meses de prueba + 6 meses renovables.
