Main responsibilities

El equipo de Data y Analytics trabaja en diferentes proyectos que combinan volúmenes de datos enormes e IA, como detectar y predecir fallas antes que ocurran, optimizar pricing, personalizar la experiencia del cliente, optimizar uso de combustible, detectar caras y objetos usando visión por computador.

Funciones principales
- Liderar proyectos end-to-end: diseño, arquitectura, desarrollo, pruebas y despliegue de soluciones Kotlin en entornos de alta demanda.

Descripción
Buscamos un Ingeniero Senior con al menos 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y mínimo 3 años trabajando con Kotlin en producción. El candidato debe dominar el ecosistema JVM (Java, Scala, etc.) y principios funcionales, tener experiencia en sistemas distribuidos, APIs escalables y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos. Se valorará experiencia con AWS, Kubernetes y prácticas de CI/CD, así como manejo de PostgreSQL u otras bases relacionales. El rol requiere nivel de inglés avanzado y una mentalidad orientada a la accountability, mejora continua y comunicación abierta.
Responsabilidades clave incluyen liderar soluciones técnicas complejas, diseñar e implementar APIs y servicios, colaborar con equipos multifuncionales a nivel global y fomentar prácticas modernas de desarrollo, pruebas y despliegue para entregar valor de negocio de forma continua.
Requisitos deseables
Experiencia previa en fintech o servicios de reducción de deuda, exposición a arquitecturas event-driven, y experiencia con herramientas de observabilidad y rendimiento. Habilidades de mentoría, capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas fundamentadas y comunicación efectiva en equipos remotos. Conocimiento de React/Next.js o front-end contextual puede ser un plus para entender flujos completos de usuario.
