Responsibilities
• Provide on-site technical support for users (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).
• Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.
• Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
• Ensure proper reporting and documentation of each visit.

Requerimientos del cargo
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (L1).
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software, and basic networking.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, USA and available for on-demand visits.
Condiciones
Compensation & Conditions:
- Freelance / On-demand role.
- USD 200 per visit (1 to 8 hours per visit).
- Payments are processed monthly.
