We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Power BI Developer to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing Power BI solutions, with advanced expertise in DAX, Paginated Reports, and SQL. Experience with Snowflake is a plus.

Job functions
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Write complex DAX queries and calculations to support business requirements
- Create and manage Paginated Reports for operational and regulatory needs
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across all reporting solutions
- Integrate data from various sources, including Snowflake (nice to have)
Qualifications and requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
- Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power BI data modeling
- Advanced English level
- Strong experience with Paginated Reports (Report Builder/SSRS)
- Expert-level SQL skills (T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures)
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data models
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Snowflake is a plus
Desirable skills
- Experience with Snowflake data warehouse
- Knowledge of AWS
