Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Go (Golang) and related technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
Architect robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices, ensuring high performance and security.
Implement responsive front-end components and integrate with backend services for seamless user experiences.
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement activities to raise code quality.
Write clean, well-documented code and unit/integration tests; maintain DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to uplift the team’s overall capabilities.
Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative approaches to solve complex problems.

Who you are

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Go (Golang) Developer who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment. You should have a solid foundation in backend development with Go, experience building scalable APIs, and competences in frontend technologies to deliver cohesive solutions. You are proactive, comunicative, and comfortable working across distributed teams in a fast-growing organization.

Required skills include proficiency in Golang, knowledge of modern web frameworks, RESTful API design, and familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL). You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, debugging skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is valued given our regional presence, along with excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices patterns.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) to support full-stack work.

• Previous exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise-grade solutions.

• Demonstrated leadership potential, mentoring, or team-leading experiences.

• Certifications in Go, cloud platforms, or software architecture are a plus.
