Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times, increase deployment frequency, and improve release reliability across mobile and web platforms.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code for automated testing, staging, and production environments.
  • Improve environment consistency and deployment automation, including configuration, secrets management, and release orchestration.
  • Standardize CI/CD patterns across squads while allowing flexibility for product-specific needs.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer) across engineering teams, ensuring responsible usage aligned with security and compliance policies.
  • Implement AI-powered code review and security scanning tools (e.g., CodeRabbit, Snyk AI, SonarQube AI) into PR workflows to catch vulnerabilities and quality issues before code enters the pipeline.
  • Introduce AI-driven test optimization tools (e.g., Diffblue, Launchable, Qodo) to auto-generate test cases and intelligently prioritize test execution based on code change impact.
  • Leverage AI-powered observability platforms (e.g., PagerDuty AIOps, Datadog AI) for faster anomaly detection and reduced mean time to recovery (MTTR).
  • Explore and prototype LLM-based automation for build failure triage, release note generation, and intelligent rollback recommendations.
  • Establish delivery performance dashboards (DORA metrics: deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR).
  • Enable progressive delivery strategies such as feature flags, staged rollouts, and trunk-based development.
  • Develop self-service tooling and templates that empower teams to deploy safely with minimal manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with QA and UAT stakeholders to embed automated testing into pipelines.
  • Document delivery workflows, best practices, and AI tooling guidance for engineering teams

Position Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) to automate workflows and tooling.
  • Understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and how they integrate into automated pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and an interest in embedding them responsibly into engineering workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with feature flag platforms (PostHog, Split, LaunchDarkly).
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).
  • Experience with observability platforms, especially those with AI-driven anomaly detection.
  • Background supporting mobile CI/CD pipelines (iOS/Android).
  • Experience building or integrating LLM-based agents into developer toolchains.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or RAG patterns for internal developer productivity tooling.
  • Experience in regulated or financial services environments.
