Role Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industries.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points, then tailor solutions and proposals accordingly.
- Present and pitch products/services to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing within established processes to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and renewal potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are seeking professionals living in LATAM and the Caribbean who are proficient in English and align with our core values. The ideal candidate values remote work, work-life balance, stability, commitment, and career development.
Experience: 1+ year of proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and a consultative approach to solving client needs. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Language: Advanced English level (scores of C1 and C2)
Technical: Comfortable with technology and able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Compensation & Growth
At WorkBetterNow, compensation evolves with experience and tenure. 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month. After 3 months: $1,250/month ( Wellness Bonus of $50 ). After 1 year: $1,340 USD/month. After 2 years: $1,480 USD/month. After 3 years: $1,540 USD/month. After 4 years: $1,600 USD/month. Annual raises and company-wide adjustments continue as we grow together.
