Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize conversion-driven copy across email campaigns, landing pages, sales pages, VSL scripts, ad copy, and hooks.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align messaging with offers and buyer psychology.
Craft messaging that clarifies value, handles objections, and accelerates the customer journey from awareness to purchase or lead booking.
Design and refine offers, pricing messaging, and positioning to maximize conversions and revenue.
Iterate copy based on A/B test results, performance metrics, and feedback from channels (email, paid, organic).
Maintain consistent brand voice while optimizing for direct response and measurable outcomes.

Role Description

We are seeking a performance-driven Conversion Copywriter focused on persuasion and measurable outcomes rather than mere content creation. You will work on active funnels, email campaigns, and sales flows designed to generate leads, booked calls, and purchases. Your work will be anchored in buyer psychology, clear value propositions, and data-driven experimentation. Expect collaboration with marketers, designers, and developers to continuously improve how users move from interest to action. Success will be judged by real performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, and revenue.

Desirable Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have experience writing for DTC brands or performance marketing funnels, a strong ability to craft persuasive, concise English copy, and a solid understanding of offers and objections. Comfortable collaborating with a cross-functional team and iterating based on results. Familiarity with Shopify, funnel analytics, and email automation platforms is a plus. Strong attention to detail, resilience, and a bias for experimentation are highly valued.
