Your mission:
Own our entire video output and build the system around it. Turn raw footage into high‑retention YouTube videos and shorts, plus the library, templates, and basic analytics that make our content compounding.

What you’ll do (immediate outcomes):

Edit all long‑form videos into polished, on‑brand final assets.
Cut long‑form into shorts for YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Add engaging captions, overlays, pattern interrupts, b‑roll and music.
Ensure every piece is platform‑native (aspect ratio, pacing, hooks).

What you’ll own over time (systems & leverage):

Build and maintain a clip database tagged by topic, hook, and performance.
Create and evolve editing templates (subtitles, animations, transitions).
Produce a weekly content report: top‑performing videos/shorts, hooks, and recommendations.
Handle light platform optimisation (titles, descriptions, timestamps, end screens).
Turn internal assets (case studies, webinars, talks) into structured video content.

Requirements:

3+ years editing for creators/brands (talking‑head + short‑form).
Portfolio that proves you can keep people watching, not just make things “pretty.”
Strong English; comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback.
40 hrs/week, with 4+ hours overlap with UK time.
