📋 Descripción General

Spectrum One busca un/a People Operations Manager para liderar el ciclo completo de experiencia del team member y fortalecer cultura y people experience. El rol supervisa las operaciones diarias de People Operations y Talent Acquisition, con impacto directo en el crecimiento, bienestar y retención del equipo, trabajando de forma remota desde cualquier lugar.


📋 Responsabilidades Principales

• Ser punto de contacto clave entre liderazgo ejecutivo y team members.

• Gestionar funciones de People Ops: onboarding/offboarding, benefits y comp & ben, payroll, time off, performance management, people development y talent acquisition.

• Supervisar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento (publicación, sourcing, entrevistas, negociación de ofertas y onboarding).

• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategia de talent acquisition para cubrir necesidades de crecimiento.

• Liderar y mentorear al equipo de Talent Acquisition y al equipo de People Ops.

• Planificar acciones y eventos de engagement para cultura inclusiva y de alto rendimiento.

• Brindar soporte/consultoría de RR. HH. en temas complejos (employee relations, compensación, performance, desarrollo).

• Analizar datos y métricas para mejorar people experience y aumentar retención.

• Colaborar con stakeholders internos para detectar oportunidades y apoyar objetivos del negocio.


🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ años de experiencia progresiva en HR, Recruitment o People Operations.

• Experiencia escalando organizaciones como Head of HR/People (o rol similar).

• Historial de ownership e implementación de procesos/estrategias de People Ops y Recruiting.

• Experiencia liderando, entrenando y haciendo coaching a equipos.

• Integridad, confidencialidad, profesionalismo y enfoque people-first.

As we continue to scale nationally, we’re looking for a Recruiting & Hiring Manager to own the end-to-end hiring process for our resident services teams.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple service verticals. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, and onboarding handoff for high-volume service roles.
This is a remote VA position, but it requires excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Post and manage job ads across platforms (Indeed, Facebook groups, Craigslist, local boards, etc.)
  • Proactively source candidates for:
    • Housekeepers
    • Handymen / maintenance professionals
    • Pet service providers
    • Other resident service contractors
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates by market

Screening & Interviewing

  • Review applications and pre-qualify candidates
  • Conduct initial phone/video screenings
  • Evaluate candidates based on skill, professionalism, reliability, and brand fit
  • Schedule interviews with internal managers when needed

Hiring & Coordination

  • Manage offers, start dates, and documentation
  • Coordinate background checks (if applicable)
  • Ensure all hiring steps are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain hiring trackers and status updates

Process & Organization

  • Maintain recruiting dashboards and hiring metrics
  • Track time-to-hire, candidate volume, and fill rates by role and market
  • Continuously improve hiring workflows and screening processes
  • Communicate clearly with operations and leadership teams

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting or hiring experience (service-based or high-volume preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience recruiting for service based postitions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable internet and quiet work environment
