We recently closed a $35M round led by Riverwood Capital, and we are scaling aggressively across Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Argentina with the goal of reaching $100M ARR by 2030.

Key responsibilities

1. Employer Branding
  • Build and execute the “Work at AgendaPro” narrative across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Produce content (videos, photos, behind-the-scenes, interviews) showcasing our culture, office, challenges, and team.
  • Manage and optimize our Employer Branding Landing Page with stories, roles, culture, benefits, and team highlights.
  • Coordinate thought leadership content for C-levels and tech leaders.
  • Measure brand awareness and improve our top-of-funnel presence in the tech ecosystem.
2. Talent Acquisition (Tech/Product/Growth)
  • Own the sourcing strategy for key talent in engineering, product, design, data, and leadership.
  • Build a strong outbound engine (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, Boolean search).
  • Pre-screen candidates and move them efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and scorecards.
  • Design and run a high-velocity recruiting funnel:
    • Weekly pipeline reviews
    • Talent pools
    • A/B testing job descriptionsStructured interview flows
3. Community & Events
  • Lead and host AgendaPro Tech Meetups, open office days, and candidate immersion events.
  • Create alliances with universities (PUC, USACH, UTFSM, UAI).
  • Recruit top interns and high-potential juniors for our technical teams.
  • Represent AgendaPro in local conferences, meetups, and talent events.
4. Talent Analytics
  • Create dashboards to track:
    • Applicants per role
    • Pipeline conversion
    • Time-to-fill
    • Quality of hire
    • Brand awareness
  • Provide weekly insights to leadership based on data.

  • 2+ qualified inbound or outbound candidates per week por key role
  • <45 days time-to-hire for tech/product roles
  • Employer Brand awareness >70% in Santiago tech ecosystem (self-reported)
  • >50% of hires coming from proactive sourcing & referrals
  • 4+ meetups / content events per quarter
  • High sentiment feedback from candidates and talent communities

Description

  • 2–6 years in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or recruiting roles.
  • Experience sourcing technical roles or strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience creating content (videos, copy, photos, reels) a BIG plus.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced teams ideal but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication in Spanish; English is a plus.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send daily affiliate program invites to creators through Levanta and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon affiliates to strengthen brand partnerships.
  • Support content strategy by identifying creator content opportunities, messaging angles, and best practices.
  • Nurture existing affiliate partners with compelling, value-driven outreach to encourage posting and engagement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and motivate creators to join and actively promote assigned brands.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital outreach.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon affiliates and performance-driven marketing.
  • Experience with Levanta or similar affiliate platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for persuasive messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track results and adapt strategies.
