En Interfell estamos en la búsqueda de un Marketing Content Creation con conocimientos en diseño y marketing digital, actitud proactiva y gran disposición para aprender. La posición está orientada a brindar soporte operativo al área de marketing, colaborando con el equipo interno en la ejecución de tareas diarias relacionadas con la creación y adaptación de contenidos, diseño y gestión de plataformas digitales.
No se requiere un perfil altamente creativo, sino una persona organizada, detallista y orientada a la ejecución.

Jornada de trabajo: 07:00 am - 04:00 pm
Remuneración : 1000 USD - 1100 USD mensuales según experiencia.

Funciones del cargo
- +3 años de experiencia en roles similares. Deben estar detallados en el CV
- Adaptar y replicar diseños proporcionados por el equipo in-house a diferentes idiomas, tamaños y formatos (paid social, Google, páginas de producto).
- Apoyar en la gestión de contenido junto con agencias externas (copies y creatividades).
- Realizar la carga de traducciones en plataformas como Shopify y Langify.
- Colaborar en la creación de campañas de email marketing y pop-ups a través de CRM.
- Brindar soporte operativo en tareas diarias del área de marketing digital y ecommerce.
- Coordinar con el equipo interno para asegurar la correcta implementación de materiales visuales y campañas.
Requerimientos del cargo
- Manejo de Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Conocimientos en Figma (Deseable).
- Nociones básicas en Shopify y Langify.
- Familiaridad con el uso de CRM.
- Conocimientos en creación de campañas de email marketing y pop-ups.
- Comprensión general de canales digitales (redes sociales, paid media, Google).

In Interfell we’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to act as the central link between cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Design, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and launches. You should be fluent in English (written and spoken) and possess a strong understanding of marketing workflows, creative processes, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Figma).

Responsibilities
- Create and manage the marketing deliverables timeline from kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment across all milestones.
- Schedule and track key project checkpoints: product/design handoff, marketing briefs, copy deadlines, creative reviews, and web/PDP/PLP approvals.
- Maintain and update the shared integrated marketing calendar with GTM deadlines and launch details.
- Provide regular progress reports, ensuring transparency and proactively addressing blockers.
- Manage product samples logistics—placing and tracking orders, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with Tech Design and Sourcing for photoshoots and influencer content.
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Growth, Product, and Operations to align project needs and ensure cross-functional clarity.
- Create, distribute, and manage trackers for visibility and accountability across teams.
- Maintain rigorous organization of all project documents, assets, and files for easy access and long-term reference.
