Ensure alignment with sales targets, quota setting, and contract terms to optimize profitability and incentive effectiveness.

Financial planning and analysis. Build robust financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, product mix decisions, and growth initiatives in the US market. Provide executive dashboards and insights to enable informed business decisions.

Controls, compliance, and governance. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and US-specific requirements, including audits, tax coordination, and reporting timelines. Support external audits and investor reporting as needed.

Cross-functional partnership. Collaborate with Sales, HR, Operations, and Legal to drive financial transparency, accuracy, and scalability for US accounts. Influence strategic decisions through financial data and scenario planning.

Process improvement. Identify opportunities for cost controls and operational efficiencies across US operations; implement scalable processes and automation where appropriate.

Role overview and required capabilities

We are seeking a senior finance leader with deep expertise in P&L management, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and sales compensation within a US-based, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a strategic mindset, capable of partnering with senior leaders and operating across time zones. You will own critical financial processes for the US operations, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, and deliver insights that drive growth and profitability.

Key capabilities include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and stakeholder management, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Experience with SaaS, AI, or technology businesses is highly desirable.

Desirable skills and experience

Principales responsabilidades

Perfil Requerido y experiencias

• Experiencia en Ecommerce o Marketplace (deseable).
• Inglés avanzado / Bilingüe (excluyente).
• Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales y de trabajo transversal.
• Conocimiento en levantamiento y modelamiento de procesos (BPMN).
• Manejo de herramientas como Visio, Bizagi u otras similares (excluyente).

Funciones del cargo

El cargo reporta directamente a la jefatura general y tendrá a su cargo la gestión completa del área de TI, incluyendo planificación estratégica, operaciones, soporte, adquisiciones y mejoras tecnológicas. Entre sus funciones específicas se encuentran:

  • Mantener operativos y actualizados todos los recursos de red y servidores.
  • Seleccionar e implementar la tecnología adecuada para mejorar las operaciones internas y optimizar beneficios estratégicos.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizados los sistemas propios de la empresa, incluyendo bases de datos y plataformas.
  • Programar y ejecutar actividades de:
    • Soporte técnico
    • Actualizaciones
    • Instalaciones de software y nuevos equipos
    • Solicitud de insumos
    • Seguimiento de servicio técnico
    • Atención de inquietudes generales
  • Elaborar el plan anual de capacitaciones del personal a su cargo.
  • Gestionar integraciones entre sistemas locales y los sistemas de proveedores.
  • Liderar procesos de licitaciones para adquisición de equipos y/o servicios TIC.
  • Asegurar el óptimo estado operativo de la Sala de Servidores, incluyendo la definición y cumplimiento de procesos, procedimientos y protocolos técnicos.
  • Establecer los objetivos y estrategias del departamento TI.
  • Diseñar y personalizar plataformas y sistemas tecnológicos para mejorar la experiencia de los clientes.
  • Planificar la implementación de nuevos sistemas y asesorar a los equipos TI y otras áreas de la empresa.
  • Aprobar compras tecnológicas, gestionar presupuestos y establecer relaciones con proveedores.
  • Supervisar toda la infraestructura tecnológica (redes, servidores, sistemas informáticos).
  • Liderar proyectos relacionados con TI y evaluar permanentemente avances tecnológicos que entreguen ventajas competitivas.
  • Analizar costos, riesgos y valor de las TI para asesorar a la dirección general.

Requerimientos del cargo
