Description of Role

We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in airline Revenue Management, proven leadership and communication skills, passion for process improvement and change management leveraging the power of new technologies, to help Airnguru customers accelerate the adoption of Airnguru solutions and maximize user satisfaction.

The job starts with a thorough on-boarding and training on Airnguru solutions (remote), followed by an on-site assignment of 3 to 6 months at the headquarters of one of our customers in the Middle East (housing and transportation will be provided). This first assignment involves leading a plan and proposing, coordinating, and executing actions aimed at maximizing the system adoption and user satisfaction, directly helping airline pricing analysts and managers solve business challenges with the use of Airnguru solutions, intensively pursuing data analysis and the use of SQL for strategy configuration in the system, remote interaction with Airnguru Product and Tech teams, and other related tasks. After successful completion of this assignment the candidate will be allocated to other strategic consulting projects in Revenue Management, with remote or on-site assignments.

Initial role assignment includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Propose, coordinate, supervise, and execute tasks aimed to maximize adoption of Airnguru solutions and user sentiment

We are seeking a Short-Term IT Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects across infrastructure, IT operations, and application development domains.   • Must be based in Colombia,

Funciones del puesto

Como Analista de Procesos, tu rol será crucial en la identificación y mejora continua de procesos dentro del sector bancario. Algunas de tus responsabilidades incluyen:
  • Realizar un mapeo detallado de los procesos actuales (As Is) para detectar áreas de oportunidad y contribuir al diseño de procesos más eficientes.
  • Definir y proponer procesos futuros (To Be) en respuesta a proyectos corporativos, asegurando un enfoque integral.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora con una visión transversal para optimizar los recursos dentro de la organización.
  • Utilizar herramientas de diagramación para implementar mejoras y facilitar la comprensión de los procesos.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo en equipo efectivo.

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un profesional con al menos 3 años de experiencia como Analista de Procesos, preferentemente en el sector bancario. Es fundamental contar con un historial comprobado en la elaboración e implementación de mejoras de procesos. Debes poseer habilidades intermedias en herramientas de diagramación y un manejo fuerte de Microsoft Office. Tu capacidad de análisis y tu enfoque en la mejora continua son esenciales para alcanzar nuestros objetivos. Valoramos el trabajo en equipo y una actitud proactiva para liderar iniciativas que generen impacto positivo.

Habilidades deseables

Aunque no son requisitos obligatorios, se valorará positivamente contar con conocimientos en metodologías ágiles y experiencia previa en proyectos de transformación organizacional. También sería beneficial tener habilidades en presentaciones efectivas y la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno cambiante. La disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevas herramientas y técnicas es crucial para el éxito en este rol.

¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil, Administración de Empresas, o afines.
  • Al menos 6 años de experiencia en roles de alta dirección, preferentemente en empresas de tecnología o desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la gestión de empresas o unidades de negocio enfocadas en la venta de software a la medida.
  • Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación, con capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas en entornos dinámicos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar híbrido en Providencia
