THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a bilingual administrative and finance assistant to join our client-facing team.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:

  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
  • Process tax payments
  • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records

  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed

Requirements

What you will do

  • Work with product managers, developers and other Quality Engineers to develop test plans for user and technical stories
  • Test backend applications manually
  • Develop automated tests of backend applications
  • Coordinate with other teams for releases
  • Document bugs with a great level of detail
  • Troubleshoot issues and help on root cause analysis
  • Guarantee the quality of every deliverable
  • Communicate and collaborate with client teams on various topics such as requirements, releases, regression testing etc.

Qualifications and requirements

  • You must reside in Latam
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Manual testing of backend systems, using Postman or similar tools

About the Role

As an Analytics Engineer at Apply Digital, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge digital analytics solutions that serve our diverse client portfolio. Your core objectives will revolve around ensuring the accuracy, scalability, and reliability of data collection platforms and analytics instrumentation.

  • Develop and deploy robust analytics systems leveraging platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like mParticle and Segment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, data analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance tag management strategies using tools like Google Tag Manager and Tealium, ensuring quality assurance of analytics tags across web and mobile properties.
  • Confirm thorough end-to-end tracking coverage, including attribution persistence through complex content management systems (CMS) and dynamic backend databases.
  • Implement, monitor, and refine data layers and tracking rules according to predefined instrumentation frameworks.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and debugging of analytics implementations and collaborate on documentation such as data dictionaries and QA workflows.
  • Present findings and provide actionable technical recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, contributing to the strategic direction for Apply Digital’s Data & Analytics discipline.

Role Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a technically proficient Analytics Engineer with deep expertise in digital analytics platforms and tag management systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to work effectively across distributed teams in North America and Latin America.

  • 5+ years of professional experience implementing and managing advanced digital analytics solutions using platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Expert-level experience with Google Tag Manager, including advanced implementations, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Solid front-end development capabilities with strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation, enabling precise analytics instrumentation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as mParticle or Segment to streamline and unify data collection and integration.
  • Proficient with SQL for querying large datasets, preferably with experience using BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Experience with data modeling, architecture principles, and designing scalable, privacy-compliant analytics infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with consent management tools and implementation of privacy regulations within analytics frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, required to collaborate with remote and international teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalents for effective data reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with AI-augmented data practices, including usage of tools like Gemini AI, ChatGPT, or BigQuery’s AI SQL Assist to enhance data exploration and insight acceleration.
