Description

  • We seek a Business Development Representative with 4 to 5 years of proven experience in BDR roles, ideally within SaaS, software development, or technology service industries. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong track record of generating leads, progressing or closing complex sales cycles, and effectively managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business benefits for non-technical decision-makers. Candidates must possess a robust understanding of Agile SDLC, software development workflows, and relevant technologies such as mobile applications, cloud computing, Flutter, and AI/LLMs at a conceptual business level.
