Firefly Recovery is a growing ecommerce brand focused on circulation and recovery products used by athletes, travelers, and everyday customers. This role supports the day-to-day execution that helps the brand stay responsive, organized, and consistent across customer communication, creator coordination, and marketing operations.
You’ll work closely with a small team across marketing, customer support, and athlete and creator partnerships. The work is practical and hands-on. A big part of the role is helping the team stay on top of public-facing communication, creator follow-up, light Shopify tasks, and simple recurring reporting. This role matters because a lot of the brand experience comes from how well these small but important touchpoints are handled.

Role Responsibilities

This role sits at the intersection of community management, customer support, creator coordination, and marketing admin.
You will reply to public-facing comments on platforms like Meta and TikTok, respond to and flag reviews across platforms such as Google and app stores, and monitor mentions and tags across social channels. You’ll also help reach out to athletes and partner brands on behalf of Firefly when needed.
On the support side, you’ll respond to general customer inquiries by email and direct issues to the appropriate team member when needed. For creator and athlete coordination, you’ll help organize content, maintain Google Drive folders, follow up with athletes on submissions, update Notion with statuses and notes, and place sample orders in Shopify.
You’ll also support basic Shopify operations such as updating customer addresses, processing returns, and creating discount codes. In addition, you’ll help track weekly activity across social engagement, review trends, creator responsiveness, discount code usage, and returns, then compile simple summaries for the team.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements

We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and reliable who can handle a mix of communication, coordination, and admin work with good judgment.
Strong English communication is critical for this role. You should be highly fluent in both written and spoken English. You will be working directly with the Firefly team, and this role involves handling customer communication, creator follow-up, and internal coordination. We need someone who can write clearly, speak comfortably, and communicate in a polished, professional way without heavy oversight.
You should be able to recognize what an appropriate response looks like in comments, DMs, reviews, and support messages, and know when something should be escalated. You should also feel comfortable joining meetings, discussing tasks, and collaborating directly with the client in English.
Beyond communication, you should be detail-oriented, comfortable managing lots of small moving pieces, and able to keep systems like Shopify, Notion, and Google Drive accurate and up to date. This role also requires regular weekday availability, with a set morning shift starting at 9:00 AM Eastern. The schedule has some flexibility, but reliable overlap is important because parts of the role are customer-facing and time-sensitive.
We do not have rigid background requirements for this role. A smart person can learn the tools and workflows. What matters most is strong judgment, consistency, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized while moving quickly.
Comfort with AI tools is also very important. We want someone who is already using AI to work faster, draft more efficiently, summarize information, and stay organized. A candidate who is excited about using AI in their daily work will likely do well in this role.

Desirable (Not Required)

Experience with Shopify, Notion, Google Drive, and social media platforms is a plus.
Previous work in ecommerce support, community management, influencer or creator coordination, or marketing admin is also helpful.
It is also a plus if you have experience organizing content workflows, pulling simple reports, tracking follow-ups, or working in a fast-moving consumer brand environment.
Familiarity with AI tools for drafting responses, summarizing notes, and improving day-to-day efficiency is highly valued.
