Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and external partners
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure alignment with customer expectations
- Provide updates on production status, timelines, and delivery
- Resolve issues or delays proactively and professionally

- Work closely with internal teams (production, purchasing, operations)
Role Description
