Serve as the senior-most technical authority for Salesforce-based solutions, responsible for shaping platform strategy, defining enterprise-scale architectures, and leading the delivery of complex, multi-cloud and multi-system implementations.

You will partner closely with client executives, ZS leadership, and delivery teams to translate business strategy into secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, while also contributing to practice growth and thought leadership.

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect you will be expected to work on multiple SF cloud including but not limited to Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce DataCloud, Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

Own and define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds, integrations, and enterprise systems

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural decision-making for complex Salesforce programs

Architect scalable, reusable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce configuration

Design and govern cross-cloud and cross-system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, middleware, ETL, and iPaaS tools

Define data architecture, data migration strategies, and integration patterns for legacy-to-Salesforce transformations

Establish environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment models appropriate to enterprise-scale programs

Confidently lead client discussions on technical strategy, integrations, and platform transformation initiatives

Act as a trusted advisor to client executives by demonstrating deep business process and technical expertise

Support sales and pursuit activities by shaping solution scope, technical estimates, and risk assessments

Manage and coordinate technical delivery across multiple workstreams and development teams

Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges

Review and govern solution designs and code to ensure quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Own overall technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration flows, data models, and design standards

Mentor and coach architects and developers, modeling high standards of technical excellence and delivery leadership

Contribute to internal enablement, architecture forums, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Actively contribute thought leadership and help evolve ZS Salesforce architecture standards and best practices

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

8+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent enterprise CRM experience

Advanced Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, including:

  • Fluency in English
