For this role, we support the evolution of a commercial/revenue operating model by improving the end-to-end revenue cycle through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and sales funnel automation. The Revenue Operations Analyst will work with commercial and analytics stakeholders to increase visibility of performance, improve conversion and pipeline velocity, and enable smarter decision-making across the sales organization.

🚀 What will you do in this role?

We will have you own the commercial funnel and its performance indicators from end to end. Your main goal will be to improve the efficiency of the revenue cycle by turning operational data into actionable insights and by streamlining how the sales team executes and monitors their pipeline.
  • Analyze the sales funnel end-to-end, identifying conversion and pipeline speed improvement opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize commercial and operational dashboards to track performance consistently.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and retention.
  • Create business reports that support commercial and leadership decisions.
  • Optimize the commercial pipeline management practices and the operational flow around it.
  • Design automation and workflows to improve team efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop segmentation, scoring, and prioritization models to improve targeting and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on initiatives aimed at continuously improving the commercial/revenue operating model.

🎯 What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who is comfortable working with commercial data, enjoys turning insights into process improvements, and can partner with business stakeholders. You should be able to connect metrics to operational realities, communicate results clearly, and help standardize how performance is measured across the sales funnel.
  • Training in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in analytics, BI, operations, growth, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with commercial or business data.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze funnel performance systematically and spot bottlenecks in conversion and speed.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally with commercial stakeholders.
  • Structured and proactive approach to defining dashboards, metrics, and automation needs.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make).
  • Exposure to B2B, SaaS, fintech environments, or outbound sales motions.
  • Knowledge of public-sector procurement data (e.g., ChileCompra, Mercado Público).
