Coderslab.io is looking to hire a Machine Learning Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying ML models in production on Google Cloud (Vertex AI), while integrating generative AI capabilities into the company's products.

Funciones del cargo
Train, fine-tune, and deploy models on Google Vertex AI (AutoML, Generative AI Studio, pipelines).
Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering training, tuning, and endpoint management.
Integrate generative AI models (LLMs, embeddings, RAG) into existing systems.
Monitor model performance in production and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with data and product teams to identify ML application opportunities.
Document architectures, experiments, and technical decisions.
Requerimientos del cargo
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in ML Engineering or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI: AutoML, Generative AI Studio, and pipeline management.
Solid understanding of MLOps best practices: model versioning, CI/CD for ML, and monitoring.
Own equipment available for remote work.

Ability to communicate technical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
