Our Services team focuses on delivering seamless resident experiences by coordinating a range of in-home and on-site services, including housekeeping, pet services, moving, and more. This role supports scheduling and coordination across multiple service lines, ensuring residents receive timely and high-quality service while enabling our operations to run smoothly across remote teams. You will play a key part in elevating the resident experience and contributing to the efficiency and growth of our services department.

We are seeking a dependable Resident Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring every service request is handled efficiently and with a high level of customer care. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple service lines and stakeholders. You should be comfortable working independently, and proactively solving scheduling challenges. Prior experience in scheduling, operations, or customer support is a plus, as is familiarity with scheduling tools, CRMs, or booking platforms. A background in home services, hospitality, or operations, and experience with remote teams or recruiting, will be advantageous.
