• Strong applied LLM engineering experience in production environments
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, structured outputs, confidence scoring, abstention, and review queues
• Strong Python proficiency
• Experience with Agents SDK for tool use, multi-step workflows, and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure ML and Azure AI Search for metadata indexing and semantic retrieval
• Familiarity with probabilistic matching and entity resolution
• Experience with classification, anomaly interpretation, NL-to-SQL grounding, and semantic retrieval patterns
