🔍 Requisitos

Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Fullstack con experiencia sólida en el desarrollo de frontend y backend. En este proyecto de digitalización, serás responsable de construir y mantener componentes web y PWA, además de colaborar en el desarrollo de APIs y su integración con servicios. Debes contar con conocimientos en arquitecturas modernas y APIs REST, y manejar control de versiones con GitLab y/o GitHub.

Valoramos también la capacidad de trabajar de forma colaborativa en equipos ágiles, el enfoque en la entrega y la responsabilidad sobre la calidad del software.

🚀 Principales responsabilidades

• Desarrollo de interfaces web y apps móviles (PWA) con Angular y/o Ionic
• Implementación de UI con HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript y Bootstrap
• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de APIs con NodeJS y NestJS
• Trabajo con contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Integración y desarrollo en tecnologías como .NET, C# o Python según necesidad
• Gestión de bases de datos SQL (SQL Server, Oracle) y NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
• Despliegue y operación en Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Uso de herramientas de IA como apoyo al desarrollo

Qualifications and requirements

You're a builder who can't stop shipping. Specifically:

• Experience launching mobile apps — this is a hard requirement. You've shipped to the App Store or Google Play, not just localhost.
• Fluent in the new stack. AI agents, vibe-coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Replit, etc.), and whatever ships next week.
• Receipts. You build in public and can prove it — GitHub, live projects, launch threads, demo videos.
• Fast shipper. You're comfortable going from idea to live product in a day and iterating in production.
• Low-ego, high-output. You treat "impossible" as a dare.

Job Functions

The Vibe Coder in Residence ("VCR") is part builder, part mad scientist, part hype machine. You use AI tools to turn "wouldn't it be cool if..." into something live — same day. No red tape, no approval chains.

• Ship daily. Prototypes, micro-apps, and experiments. If it's fun and useful, it goes live.
• Build in public. Demos, threads, and behind-the-scenes content that puts Zagged everywhere.
• Remix what works. Take a win, loop it, and make it better across growth, content, and product.
• Never touch marketing. You focus entirely on building — distribution is our core business, and we aim it at your projects.

Success is measured in shipped projects, not meetings attended.

Desirable skills

None of these are required, but they'll make us pay attention:

• Growth or consumer product instincts — you know what makes something shareable before you build it.
• Familiarity with social/creator platforms — TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or short-form content tools.
• Your own audience or distribution channel — a following on X, a newsletter, a YouTube channel, anything.
• Design taste — your projects look good, not just work.
• Strong opinions about fonts. Yes, really. There's a question about this in the application.

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production Android applications using Kotlin.
• Proven track record at a product-based company (ideally in consumer or fintech sectors), owning features from initial concept through to release.
• Deep knowledge of Android fundamentals, including Jetpack Compose, Views, Kotlin Coroutines, and Flow.
• Strong expertise in memory and performance profiling, as well as managing the Play Store release process.
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily async collaboration in a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-quality features in Kotlin using Jetpack Compose and Views.

• Raise the bar on code quality, performance, and craftsmanship across the Android codebase.

• Mentor other engineers and help shape Android development practices as the team scales.

You'll work directly with the founder, helping manage and grow our portfolio of US clients.

Your main responsibilities:

• Apple Ads: Manage campaigns, budgets, keywords and performance optimization.
• ASO: Keyword research, App Store listings, competitor analysis and creative briefs.
• Client Reporting: Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities using Claude AI Skills.
• Client Communication: Own day-to-day Slack conversations, requests and deliverables.
• AI & Automation: Use Claude and other tools to streamline workflows and improve how we operate.

Help us grow! Depending on your skills, you could support sales, lead generation, SEO, AI-generated content, LinkedIn, YouTube and website updates.
