🍷 We're Hiring: Account Manager – On Premise, North CoastSelect Brands Limited, Jamaica's largest importer and distributor of wines and spirits, is seeking an Account Manager – On Premise, North Coast to join our Sales Team.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify and service the needs of both new and current on-premise customers within the Northern region. The role will focus on driving portfolio growth, strengthening customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This will be done by developing an excellent level of communication with clients and internal team members in order to grow the portfolio of Select Brands within the area.
Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders that contribute to the customers' success.
• Create and maintain great relationships with on-premise customers (hotels, restaurants, and bars) to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Regularly visit your customers to identify opportunities for growth within our portfolio.
• Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective account strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage our training program within the identified accounts.
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Northern region.
• Have five (5) years' experience in a similar field.
• Have a strong working knowledge of the wines and spirits/beverage industry.
• Be able to use technological tools in the furtherance of his or her duties
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to interface with stakeholders at all levels
• Own or operate a reliable motor vehicle
• Residing in the North Coast area (Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, or surrounding parishes) preferred

 

 

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
