Immaculate public spaces are essential to the luxury experience at The Caledonian Edinburgh. We are seeking a Public Area Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our public and back-of-house areas.

The Person

The Role

• Maintain public and heart-of-house areas to luxury standards
• Support a welcoming, safe and immaculate hotel environment
• Contribute to a seamless guest experience through attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and wider hotel teams
• Uphold health, safety and sustainability practices.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas in line with brand standards
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are organised and ready for use
• Report and follow up on maintenance or damage issues promptly
• Respond efficiently to guest requests and operational needs
• Adhere to lost property, safety and environmental procedures.
