We’re now on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, servicing regional NSW customers from our Wagga Wagga branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of our service team, delivering high-quality support to customers across the Riverina region.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Diagnosing faults, attending breakdowns, and carrying out servicing and repairs
  • Delivering efficient, professional service to minimise downtime for our customers
  • Working on a wide range of materials handling, access, and telehandling equipment
  • Using our state-of-the-art paperless tablet system to manage jobs, reporting, parts, and service documentation
  • Collaborating with our national coordination team and experienced supervisors

This is a dynamic, on-the-road role — no two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field approximately 90% of the time, visiting customers and solving problems where they need you most.

What You’ll Bring

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification — all mechanical trades considered
  • Experience with fixed or mobile plant, agricultural machinery, automotive, forklifts, access equipment, construction equipment, or similar
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and reference checks
  • Full working rights in Australia
