The Opportunity

As a qualified Watchmaker, you play a vital role in repairing watches to factory specifications whilst ensuring quality standards. This role will be based at SEIKO's Workshop in Macquarie Park.

The Role:

• Servicing of watches, movements both mechanical and quartz to the quality standard as set out by the manufacturer.
• To carry out minor repairs of watches.
• Ordering spare parts.
• Assist customers on the phone with technical information.
• Carry out movement exchanges.
• Undertake band adjustments on replacement watches.
• Replacement of batteries of Warehouse Stock.
• Undertake cleaning duties of the equipment room.
• Pack and unpack watch repairs storage cabinets.
• Engraving/Personalisation Service as required.
• Other duties as required.
