Be the voice of Nepal's #1 signage company. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll help customers get answers fast — order updates, delivery questions, service requests — and make sure every interaction feels as premium as our products.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Track orders and keep customers updated on production and delivery.
• Log issues and coordinate with sales and production for quick resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and flag recurring issues for improvement.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, patient communicator in Nepali and English.
• Fast, organized responder who keeps promises to customers.
• Comfortable using chat tools, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems.
• Prior support or front-desk experience is an advantage.
