Comfort with CRM, spreadsheets, and task tracking.

Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Part-Time Operations lead

Keep the daily job pipeline organized from scheduling to closeout.

Follow up on open jobs, missing photos, and invoices.

Coordinate with office staff, sales, and crews on schedules and client updates.

Flag delays or issues quickly and keep simple status reports for leadership.

Desirable but not required

• Construction or trade-services experience.Experience with a CRM, scheduling tools, or spreadsheets.Spanish is a plus.

Benefits
