- Translate strategic discussions into actionable plans
- Manage priorities and execution across the team
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Facilitate communication in English and Spanish
- Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and backlogs
- Prepare client-ready updates
- Spot risks before they become problems
- Use AI to automate repetitive work
- Own delivery — end to end
