- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of deep experience working with agentic workflows.
- C1 English level or higher.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and building multi-agent systems.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and software architecture.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering ambitious technical work beyond basic demos and tutorials.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the core reasoning and execution layers of the autonomous agent platform.
- Design, develop, and orchestrate complex, parallel multi-agent architectures.
- Take full ownership of critical technical and architectural decisions in an early-stage, zero-to-one environment.
- Collaborate directly with early customers and design partners to refine product capabilities and integrate feedback.
