Final engagement terms are confirmed during hiring.Position Overview:Reconcile and verify operational data, maintain KPI and management reporting, and investigate discrepancies.Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile and verify operational data, maintain KPI and management reporting, and investigate discrepancies.- Research information across web sources and retain clear evidence.- Support calendars, meeting notes, vendors and operational follow-up.Qualifications:- Operations or investment-operations experience with advanced Excel for reconciliations, data verification, KPI/management reporting, and absolute data precision - calibre similar to an Operations Associate / Ops Manager in wealth, banking, or corporate ops.- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.Additional Relevant Experience:- Generalist investigative research and sourcing across the web and forums, including capturing evidence with screenshots.- Comfortable light executive admin: calendars, meeting minutes, vendor coordination, and responsive support on a long leash.- Practical day-to-day use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for ops and research workflows; Power BI or similar dashboards a plus.- Background in operations, audit, FP&A, bookkeeping, wealth management, banking, asset management, or executive assistance.Resume Submission Guidelines:Paste your complete English resume into the Sagan application form, with at least 1,000 characters.
