Job Title: Full Stack Data Products EngineerLocation: Remote — worldwide; Latin America sourcing focus.Salary Range: Up to USD 4,000 per month, depending on experience.Work Schedule: US business hours; exact schedule confirmed during selection.Contractor Note: Independent contractor position.Company Overview:Sagan connects experienced international professionals with US-based businesses.About the Role:Build and run data products end to end, from ingestion through the user interface, within a small team. Improve existing systems and operate the data and server components behind them.Key Responsibilities:• Own a data product from data ingestion through the user interface.• Develop data workflows with Python and pandas and work with PostgreSQL.• Operate and maintain Linux servers.• Investigate inherited, undocumented code and improve it.Qualifications:• Experience owning an end-to-end data product on a team of one to three people.• Strong Python and pandas data engineering, PostgreSQL and Linux operations experience.• Evidence of improving an inherited, undocumented codebase.• Strong spoken English; an English introductory video is required during selection.Resume Submission Guidelines:Paste your complete resume in English into the required text field, with at least 1,000 characters.
