Job functions

Build and maintain the platform behind our AI voice agents: Supabase/PostgreSQL backend, REST APIs, and webhooks
Design and ship automations in Pipedream that connect agents to customer scheduling tools, CRMs, and email/SMS
Configure and tune AI voice agents for new customers: prompts, conversation logic, escalation rules, edge cases
Convert customer intake notes and real call recordings into correct agent behavior
Analyze call transcripts and system logs, find failures, and fix them at the root
Contribute to low-code/BPM work on the Appian platform for enterprise consulting projects
Maintain reusable configuration templates and technical documentation by industry
Join English-language onboarding and technical calls with US customers
