The Manager, Software Development is a hands-on technical lead responsible for the day-to-day management of a development team. Working closely with Product and other Development teams, this role executes the companyâs technical, architectural, and commercial product initiatives by taking an active role with the team. Requerimientos del cargo
- Titulación en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería en sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas afines.
- Experiencia laboral mínima de 3 años en consultoría, roles de gestión de proyectos o gobierno de datos.
- Experiencia de al menos 1 año en materias de Data Governance.
- Dominio avanzado de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Pensamiento Analítico: Capacidad para analizar datos y extraer información significativa que respalde la toma de decisiones.

· 10+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con dominio en al menos tres lenguajes y frameworks (Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Go, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Vue.js).
· Conocimiento profundo de principios y patrones de diseño de software (SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal).
