What will you do
We are looking for an SDR / Lead Generation Specialist to work the evening shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST) — our primary market is the USA and Canada, and we align with client working hours across EST/CST/PST time zones.
- Identify Decision Makers based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria in international markets. Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other platforms to find and qualify new leads.
- Manage and grow 4 company LinkedIn accounts: monitor SSI scores, expand networks, write and launch outreach sequences via LinkedIn Helper.
- Support inbound and outbound Upwork activity: assist with follow-up flows, respond to inquiries promptly, and help prepare proposals (bids).
- Set up and manage outreach campaigns: LinkedIn Helper, Upwork bidding, CRM, Fiverr.
- Handle incoming requests across Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Email — handle initial communication with potential partners.
- Research new leads and markets, build and optimize follow-up processes.
- Work within CRM (Zoho or equivalent).
- Write outreach message sequences in English across multiple channels.
What we expect
- Have experience in a similar role — even under a year, if you're driven and eager to grow
- Have worked with (or actively studied) Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, Snov.io, LinkedIn Helper
- Have experience with a CRM (Zoho, GradeApp, or equivalent)
- Are skilled at deep research and analysis of companies and potential partners
- Speak English at Intermediate+ level or higher
- Are available to work during MST business hours
- Take initiative and work well within a team
- We align with client working hours across EST/CST/PST time zones.
Work the evening shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST).
