Bilingual Installation & Scheduling Manager

We’re a growing U.S. construction company looking for an organized, proactive professional to manage installation schedules and keep customers, subcontractors, and our production team informed.What you’ll do:•⁠ ⁠Schedule roofing, siding, and gutter projects•⁠ ⁠Confirm crew availability, materials, and start dates before each job•⁠ ⁠Update customers on arrival times, schedule changes, and project progress•⁠ ⁠Follow up with subcontractors daily and resolve scheduling issues•⁠ ⁠Keep schedules, work orders, and project statuses accurate in JobNimbusWhat we’re looking for:•⁠ ⁠Construction experience•⁠ ⁠Fluent English and Spanish, including excellent spoken and written English•⁠ ⁠Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects as priorities change•⁠ ⁠JobNimbus experience preferred•⁠ ⁠Experience reading plans and scopes, reviewing material takeoffs and orders is a plusSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time, with a one-hour lunch break.
